Honey Soy Duck

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 long red chilli, finely chopped

1 x 3cm ginger, julienned

½ red onion, finely sliced

4 mushrooms of your choice, sliced

500g leftover roast duck or chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp honey soy sauce

100g dried rice stick noodles, cooked as per packet instructions

1 small handful of Asian herbs of your choice

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Honey Soy Duck


In a hot wok with a little oil, saute the onion. Add mushrooms, garlic, chilli and ginger and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the duck to the wok to heat through and toss together with the cooked rice stick noodles. Pour in the honey soy sauce and combine. Top with herbs and serve.
