Healthy Raw Cookie

Ingredients

¾ cup dates, pip removed

1 cup instant oats

½ cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract 

3 tbsp maple syrup (or enough to your liking)

3 gold kiwis, peeled, cut into rounds

Method

Blend all ingredients except the kiwi fruit until a stick dough forms. Using a tablespoon measure, form rough balls. Roll in your hands and place on a baking tray. Press down on each cookie with a fork to form a disc. Top with gold kiwi rounds and refrigerate until ready to eat.
