Ham and Cheese Twists

Ingredients
2 x squares puff pastry
200g double smoked leg ham
1 handful cheddar cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp seeded mustard
1 egg, for egg wash
Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a tray with baking paper.
Brush the pastry with tomato paste and mustard. Scatter cheese generously over the pastry and then add the ham to one-half of the pastry. Fold the pastry over the ham and flatten, then press down with a rolling pin.
Cut into strips. Twist, place onto the baking tray, then brush with egg wash and cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.
