Grape Granita

Cook time 15 minutes (+ freezing time)


800g grapes
1 ½ cups caster sugar
1 ½ cups water
1 tbsp finely minced ginger

Grape Granita


Blend the grapes. Then add the the minced ginger and half of the water and sugar until completely pureed. Sieve the mixture to separate the liquid and the pulp. Add the remaining water and sugar as desired. Freeze in a tray and then scratch the surface to create fluffy icy granules.
