Gold Kiwi and Chia Jam

Ingredients

500g gold kiwi fruit, peeled and diced

3 tbsp honey 

2 tbsp chia seeds 

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Water

Method

Put all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir on low heat for a few minutes. 

Take it off the heat and allow it to cool, letting the chia seeds expand and absorb the liquid, becoming jammy.
