Fig and Serrano Ham Salad
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 as an entrée
Ingredients
4 figs, cut into quarters
100g Serrano ham
2 large handfuls of rocket leaves
1 tbsp good quality balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
On a large flat plate, arrange the figs and ham around each other. Scatter rocket leaves over the top and season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving drizzle over balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.
