Feta and Egg Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

1 cup of Greek or natural yoghurt

1 cup of self-raising flour

3 eggs

½ block of feta cheese

Salt and pepper

Method

Start by mixing your yoghurt and flour into a deliciously doughy consistency.

Next, turn it out onto a floured bench and give it a good knead - it's a great stress-buster! Only for about a minute, though.

Cut your lovely dough into 3 even parts and let the fun begin. Flatten out one piece with your fingers until it’s the size of a side plate, crumble that scrumptious feta in the middle, and top it off with a beautiful egg. Of course, don't forget to season with salt and pepper to taste.

Now here comes the secret: fold those edges into the middle and seal them tightly. We want to keep that luscious egg all safe and snug.

Repeat with the rest of the dough so you have breakfast for your friends as well.

Finally, place your stuffed dough masterpiece into your trusty air fryer, give it a light spray of olive oil, and let it do its magic at 220°C for 15 minutes.

TAADAA! You've got yourself a mouthwatering Greek-inspired flatbread!
