Falafel Bao Buns

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings makes 6 buns

Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil

6 falafels

100g capsicum & roasted cashew dip

Mayonnaise, to serve

Rocket, to serve

4 pickles, thinly sliced

6 small bao buns

Method

Steam the bao buns to soften and warm through.

Heat the oil in a small pan and fry falafels for 30 seconds to warm through.

Split the bao buns in half and top with mayonnaise and capsicum dip. Dress with pickles and rocket and fill with falafels.
