Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
100g Plain Flour
30g Cocoa Powder
100g Caster Sugar
Pinch of ground coffee
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
130ml milk
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together in a jug. Make a well in the centre and slowly add the liquid.
Pour into glass cups / mugs or paper cups.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Note: Timing may depend on the size of your cup.
