Dukkah Butter with Globe Artichokes

Ingredients

2 large heavy globe artichokes, a few outer leaves picked off and stalk peeled and trimmed

30g butter

2 tbsp dukkah

Method

Steam the artichokes for 25-35 minutes or until tender (or pressure cook in a steamer basket for 15 minutes).

Melt the butter and when it starts to bubble and become nutty in smell and golden in colour remove off the heat and add the dukkah and salt and stir.

Serve steamed whole artichokes with the dukkah butter on the side for dipping.
