Dried Fruit Lollipops

Cook Time 20 Minutes + Chilling

Servings 10 Approx

Ingredients

100g pitted prunes
100g apricots
100g fruit medley
2 tbs. coconut oil
1 cup desiccated coconut

Method

In a food processor, blitz the dried fruits and coconut oil until a paste forms. Using a 1 tbs. measuring spoon, form balls. Roll in the coconut and use lollipop sticks to create a Popsicle. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up before eating.
