Creamy Walnut and Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

100g light sour cream

100g cream cheese 

100g blue cheese, crumbled

50g walnut toasted, finely chopped 

½ tsp honey

Lavosh, endive and pear, to serve 

Salt & pepper

Method

Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, blue cheese, walnuts and honey in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve dip with lavosh, endive leaves and wedges of pear.
