Creamy Cacciatore Sausage & Broccolini Pasta

Ingredients

500g tubular spaghetti

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, chopped finely

250g pork cacciatore sausage, skin removed

2 bunches of broccolini, chopped finely

½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped

2 cups of chicken stock

1 cup of cream

1 cup pecorino, grated

Method

Cook pasta as per packet directions.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add sausage meat and cook for 4 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Next add the chicken stock and broccolini. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Add butter, cream, cheese and parsley to the pan. Reduce until the sauce coats the back of the spoon.

Strain pasta, add to pan and season to taste.

Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
