Coconut Raspberry Icy Poles

Ingredients

25ml maple syrup + 2 tbsp

125g raspberry

270ml Coconut Cream

¼ cup almond milk

pinch cinnamon

Method

Blitz 25ml of maple syrup with a punnet of raspberries. Pour into your icypole molds a third of the way.

Freeze until firm.

In a bowl mix the remaining maple syrup with the coconut cream, almond milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Fill up molds with this mixture.

Freeze again until firm.
