Chocolate Covered Strawberries

2 punnets strawberries
250g dark chocolate
250g white chocolate

Chocolate Covered Strawberries


Melt dark and white chocolate in two separate bowls. For best results, use a bain marie or water bath (place a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, taking care to not let the water touch the bottom of the bowl.)

Holding by the crown, dunk each strawberry into the dark chocolate to coat evenly. Place on a lined baking tray and chill in the fridge until set.

Place melted white chocolate into piping bag, or snap lock bag. Drizzle white chocolate lines over strawberries to decorate.  Chill again, then serve.
