Choc Nut Compound Butter

Cook Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

250g salted butter, salted, softened

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

100g crushed nuts

60g your favourite chocolate, chopped into shards

Method

Whip all of the ingredients into a bowl until well combined. Place a large piece of cling film onto a bench and roll it into a log. Chill in the fridge until set.
