Chilli Soy Nut Snack

Ingredients

2 ½ cups mixed nuts

2 tbsp hot chilli sauce

2 tbsp soya sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ teaspoon sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until the nuts are evenly coated.

Place the coated nuts into a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes to ensure they are golden and crunchy all over.
