Chia Porridge with Mixed Red Berries

Ingredients

5 tbsp chia seeds, plus extra to garnish 

¾ cup full cream milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 cup natural yoghurt

2 tbsp honey

½ tsp cinnamon

1 x 125g punnet raspberries

½ punnet strawberries, halved 

1 passionfruit, seeds and pulp scooped

Crunchy granola, LSA or toasted nuts of your choice, to serve

Method

Place the chia, milk, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl and give it a good mix. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to thicken.

Once at the desired thickness, mix with a fork to loosen.

Place into serving bowls with berries mixed with passionfruit and crunchy granola.
