Chargrilled Corn on the Cob

4 corn cobs

50g butter, melted

1 tbsp Chicken stock powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 lime, juiced and ½ zest

20g parmesan, freshly grated

Chargrilled Corn on the Cob


Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium-high heat.

Combine the butter, paprika and chicken stock powder together. Brush flavoured butter on corn cobs and grill, turning and basting regularly for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred.

Place on a plate, sprinkle some lime zest and squeeze lime over the corn. Garnish with parmesan and a pinch of smoked paprika.
