Caramel Bananas Baked in Foil

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, skin removed

4 tbs. brown sugar

4 tbs. dark rum

4 tbs. cream

Method

Heat a BBQ to medium heat or pre heat the oven to 180C.

Prepare 4 pieces of foil (large enough to wrap the bananas) and 4 similar sized pieces of baking paper.

Cut the bananas in half on a diagonal and place on baking paper. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Fold the foil up to form a cup and now add the rum and cream. Close the foil parcels and repeat the process for the remaining.

Cook on the bbq with the hood down for 10 minutes or 15 minute in the oven.
