Burrata, Honey and Blueberry Toast

Ingredients

1 x 125g burrata 

2 sprigs thyme

1 tbsp honey 

¼ cup blueberries, halved

1 small handful of walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

2 slices sourdough, toasted

Method

Place the burrata in a bowl. Roughly chop and add half of the honey and thyme, stir through to combine. 

Divide the burrata between the two pieces of toast. Top with blueberries, walnuts, thyme and a drizzle of extra honey.
