Bircher Muesli

Cook Time 20 Minutes + Soaking

Servings 6 - 8

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats
½ cup Sunbeam desiccated coconut
1 cup of Sunbeam dried mixed fruits
500ml skim milk
250g natural or Greek Yoghurt
½ tsp. cinnamon
Zest of 1 orange

½ cup Sunbeam whole almonds, roughly chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, julienned
1 passionfruit
1 punnet of blueberry

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl a large bowl. Mix and cover with cling film before placing in the fridge overnight to soak. When ready to serve place a few tablespoons in a bowl with a little extra yoghurt, the almonds and fresh fruits.
