Berry Bark
Cook Time 5 minutes plus freezing
Servings makes 1 tray
Ingredients
125g raspberries
125g blackberries
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
300g Natural or Greek-style yoghurt
Method
Blend all ingredients together and spread evenly onto a tray lined with cling film. Place into the freezer for a few hours or until set. Break into pieces and serve.
