Banana Wonton Fritters

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch fresh nutmeg
Pinch sea salt
10 or so wonton wrappers
To serve
Dulce de leche, or your favourite caramel sauce
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Spoon about a teaspoon into the centre of each wonton wrapper, wet two adjacent edges with water and seal complete. Repeat until complete.
In a deep frying pan with a generous amount of vegetable oil, heat the oil to 180°C and gently lower in a few wontons at a time. Fry until golden and crisp, then remove and drain on kitchen paper. Serve with dulce de leche, or your favourite caramel sauce.
