Baked Feta with Honey & Lemon

Cook Time 10 minutes

Servings 2-4

Ingredients

A splash of extra virgin olive oil

1 x block of Greek feta

Pinch of oregano

2 tbsp Manuka honey

Juice ½ a lemon

Warm pita bread, to serve

Mixed olives, seeds in, to serve

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the feta in an oven-safe earthenware dish. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of oregano and bake for 15 minutes in the oven until golden.

Remove from the oven and while hot, drizzle over the honey and squeeze the lemon over. Serve with warm pita and olives.
