Bacon Chop Burger

Ingredients

1 Bacon Chop
1/2 cup of tinned mushrooms, diced
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to season
1 bread roll
2 slices of cheese
Slices of tomato (enough for one burger)
Shredded lettuce (enough for one burger)

Method

Take a bacon chop, cut off the rind leaving some of fat on. Put in a grill and cook for a few minutes on each side.

In a separate bowl, mix mushrooms and BBQ sauce together.

In a small pan, drizzle in olive oil, fry the egg to your desire.

Cut bread roll in half, place a slice of cheese on the inside of each half and grill until cheese melts.

Slice desired amount of tomato, shred desired amount of lettuce.

On the first/bottom half of the melted cheese roll, put a good dollop of the mushroom and BBQ sauce. Place bacon and egg on top. Add tomato and lettuce. Place the lid on top.
