Ingredients

6 sliced of pan-sized bacon

2 soft bread rolls

80ml HP sauce

Method

Fry the bacon in pan until caramelised on each side, about 3-4 minutes.

Divide HP sauce on each side of the bun and then place the bacon straight from pan into the bun.

Eat immediately!
