Asparagus, Burrata and Brown Butter

Ingredients
2 bunches of green asparagus, trimmed and stalks peeled
1 burrata
100g unsalted butter
1 tbsp baby capers
Pinch chilli flakes
Salt and pepper
Lemon, to serve
Method
Melt the butter on a gentle heat in a small saucepan until nutty brown. Remove from the heat and add capers, chilli and juice of ½ lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
Steam the asparagus until just tender.
Serve asparagus with torn burrata, a drizzle of hot butter sauce and a sprinkle of chilli.
