Aglio Olio Spaghetti

Ingredients
Garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
1 long red chilli, sliced
1 small red chilli, sliced
3 sprigs of parsley, chopped
½ packet gluten free spaghetti
Salt
Method
Cook the spaghetti as per the package instructions until just al dente.
In a hot pan, fry the chilli in the garlic infused extra virgin olive oil. Finely chop and add the parsley stalks and warm it in low heat until the pasta is cooked.
Add the pasta to the sauce, season with salt, add the rest of the parsley and toss well to combine.
