Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

500g frozen banana

300g frozen pink dragon fruit

3 tbsp coconut water

2 tbsp acai powder

Chia seeds and toasted flaked coconut, to serve

Method

Place the banana, two-thirds of the dragon fruit and coconut water in a food processor along with the acai powder and blend until smooth.

Portion into bowls and garnish with remaining dragon fruit, chia seeds and toasted coconut.
