Where did you first learn to cook?
It all started in my Nonna’s kitchen. She was a humble, amazing, traditional Italian cook. I fell in love with her cooking and flavours.
What is always in your pantry/fridge?
In my pantry there is a lot of pasta, homemade passata, olive oil, chillies and Nutella, of course.
Go-to easy weeknight meal?
Seriously, it would have to be butter and cheese pasta, with lots of cheese.
Favourite meal to cook for a dinner party?
Would have to be slow braised lamb shoulder or meatball lasagne. Both recipes are on this season of Everyday Gourmet!
Cheese or chocolate?
This is easy: CHEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSEEEEEEE. I grew up in a cheese factory. My family used to make fresh Italian cheese like ricotta, mozzarella, formaggio and scarmoza. I LOVE CHEESE!
