Prawns with American-Style Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

12 cooked prawns, peeled

For the cocktail sauce

1 x (410g) can thick and rich diced tomatoes

1 tsp caster sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 lemon, juiced and zested

1 tsp horseradish cream

A few drops Tabasco

Method

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and serve with cooked prawns and an extra wedge of lemon.
