250g wholemeal flour

1 tsp salt

60ml olive oil

120ml cold water

Olive Oil Pastry


Combine flour and salt onto a surface, make a well in the centre and add the oil and then water.

Mix in with a fork and then using your hand form a ball of dough.

Shape into a disk and rest in the fridge for an hour before rolling out.
