Dark Chocolate Soufflés

75g CADBURY Dark Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly
1/3 cup caster sugar
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons Marsala
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs, separated


Dark Chocolate Soufflés

  1. COMBINE the chocolate with the sugar, flour, Marsala and vanilla. Whisk through the yolks.

  1. BEAT the egg whites until stiff and fold gently through the chocolate mixture. Spoon into greased 1 cup soufflé dishes.

  2. BAKE in a moderately hot oven 190oC for 13-15 minutes or until well risen. Serve immediately.
