Champagne Ham and Smoked Bocconcini Cheese Toastie

Ingredients

10g butter, softened

150g smoked bocconcini cheese

4 slices of champagne ham

4 tablespoons of store-bought sauerkraut

4 slices of thick white bread

2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard

Method

Spread two slices of the bread with mustard and top with ham and sauerkraut and the cheese. Top with the remaining bread and generously butter both sides.

Heat a large pan over a medium to low heat. Add the sandwiches and cook until golden brown on each side (2-3 minutes).
