1½ cups PASCALL pink marshmallows, quartered
1 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
¾ cup chopped pink Turkish Delight
450g CADBURY White Chocolate Melts
Combine 1/3 each of the Marshmallows, nuts and Turkish Delight and set aside.
Melt together the chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Combine the chocolate mixture with the remaining marshmallows, nuts and Turkish Delight. Spoon mixture into a lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan. Gently press the reserved marshmallow mix into the top of the slice. Allow to firm, then cut into squares and store in an airtight container until required.
