2 x 250g packet spelt spirals
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
300g smoked trout
¼ bunch dill
80g mascarpone cheese
Salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to packet directions.
In a medium sized fry pan add olive oil, smoked trout, dill and mascarpone and season with salt and pepper. If required, add a little water from the pasta pot to loosen mixture. Leave on the heat for a few minutes to warm through.
Toss through the cooked pasta and serve with cracked fresh pepper.
