5 slices prosciutto, cut in half
½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wrap the prawns in the prosciutto, then line the prawns up in threes. Fasten them in place with a skewer, so you have three bundles.
Heat a grill pan over a high heat and drizzle oil over the prawns. Chargrill for 30 seconds to a minute each side. Remove from the heat and drizzle with a little extra oil and a squeeze of lemon.
