125g spreadable cream cheese
⅓ cup caster sugar
½ cup thickened cream
⅓ cup cold strong black coffee
2 tbsp Marsala or Frangelico
6 Oreo classic or chocolate cream cookies, broken in half
120g cadbury milk baking chocolate, grated
Raspberries or mixed berries, for serving
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until just combined. Add the cream and beat until light and fluffy.
Combine the coffee and Marsala or Frangelico in a shallow dish.
Dip Oreos into coffee mixture then place 2 into each serving glass. Top each with some cream cheese mixture then sprinkle with the grated chocolate. Repeat with another layer of the soaked oreos, cream cheese mixture and chocolate, finishing with the remaining grated chocolate. Chill.
Decorate with fresh berries prior to serving.
