1 sheet ready rolled butter puff pastry, just thawed, cut into 4 squares
200g cadbury dark baking chocolate, broken into 4 x 2 rows
Icing sugar for dusting
Berries for serving
Cream or icecream for serving
Fold a square of pastry in half and make 4 cuts along and through the fold but not all the way across the piece. Unfold. Scatter some almonds across the centre of the pastry then top with a double row of chocolate.
Fold in the edges across the chocolate to enclose, turn over then pinch the pastry together at each end. Brush the pastry with egg wash then scatter over extra almonds. Repeat with remaining pastry and chocolate to make 4.
Bake the parcels in a hot oven 200ºc for 20-25 minutes or until the golden.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with berries and cream or icecream.
