1 sheet puff pastry
2 cups mashed pumpkin
3-4 rashers of bacon, cut into wide strips
1 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place the puff pastry on a lined rectangular baking tray and gently score a 2cm border around the edges. Spread the pumpkin evenly over the pastry, keeping within that 2cm border. Lay the bacon on top and brush with maple syrup.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed up and golden.
