5 Minutes With: Ronnit Hoppe

What is your earliest food memory?
My earliest food memory is being in the kitchen with my whole family preparing a meal. I was topping and tailing beans. Both my parents worked full-time so all of us had to pitch in to make dinner. 

Which ingredient are you obsessed with right now?
I’m loving dill at the moment. It’s such an underrated herb but can really add a great element of flavour and freshness to a dish.

Kitchen tool you can’t live without?
My Tojiro kitchen knife. It cuts through everything and makes slicing and dicing fluid and meditative.

Got-to meal when you’re feeling sick?
My mum’s chicken soup

Entrée or dessert?
Entrée (but I do love chocolate!)
