What is your earliest food memory?
Sitting on the kitchen bench next to my Nonna and learning how to make fresh gnocchi. By the end of the day there was more flour on the floor than in the gnocchi themselves.

Which ingredient are you obsessed with right now?
Rapini (bitter Italian broccoli leaves). They are amazing braised down with olive oil, garlic and chilli. All good fruit shops will stock them this time of the year

Kitchen tool you can’t live without?
My Shun Knives!

Go-to meal when you’re feeling sick?
Chicken soup with tortellini and lots of parmigiano cheese! 

Entrée or dessert?
Both 😆 there’s always an extra stomach for dessert!
