Which ingredient are you obsessed with right now?
Callebaut Ruby RB1 chocolate. It’s the fourth type of chocolate invented by Barry Callebaut and I was lucky enough to launch it in the UK! As the name suggests, it’s has a beautiful ruby hue with a very distinctive berry flavour.

Kitchen tool you can’t live without?
KitchenAid Stand Mixer without a doubt! Not only does it look sleek in my kitchen, it has so many attachments that make it ideal for both sweet and savoury applications.

Got-to meal when you’re feeling sick?
Macaroni and cheese, it’s such comfort food.

Entrée or dessert?
Dessert – always!
