Colin Magee landed on the shores of Australia in 1989 after first qualifying as a chef in Northern Ireland. With a thirst for knowledge he set his sights high, working in many of the top restaurants and hotels in Melbourne and Western Australia.
Experience in hand, he found himself back in Ireland opening and running a variety of hotels, restaurants and bars, gaining some of the country’s top awards for his efforts.
Colin’s expertise in managing, styling and promotional work, both in front of camera and behind the scenes has led to working on television shows such as Everyday Gourmet, Secret Meat Business, Boys Weekend and Good Chef Bad Chef.
With a keen eye and fun personality, Colin Magee is a true all-rounder when it comes to his profession.
